The price was outstanding. 53 Canadian dollars per night for a large one bedroom apartment cannot be beat anywhere in the world. It also helps that it was in walking distance of the office where I was working. I've stayed here twice for 3 weeks at a time in the past few years, and if I have to go back to Muscat for a long stay again, I will definitely stay here.

The room have all the kinds of furniture Bed - Air Conditioner - TV-Study or work desk- fridge-sofa - bath with small shampoo and shower gel- closet - black for charging-tea and coffee and Water heater

It’s close to everywhere and there is a very close mall. The staff are sweet.

Excellent room for the price. Comfortable bed, clean, good AC, attentive and friendly staff. You can’t do better in Muscat.

Although I arrived way before check-in time, the reception staff revised his planning so that I could get some rest without having to wait! This was done with great efficiency and a naturally cordial smile.
